VERDANTLand combines direct ownership of specific agricultural plots with professional preparation, administration within the agreed scope and a contractual plan for future repurchase. The product forms part of 03 VERDANT REALITY.
The minimum land purchase price is CZK 300,000 (approximately EUR 12,330 at CZK 24.340/EUR, CNB 19 October 2026, excluding the 7% administration fee), with no upper limit. Agreed holding periods are 12, 24, 36, 48 or 60 months. Choose plots from VERDANT EUROPE’s listings on our website or request recommendations based on your requirements.
Contractual appreciation is calculated on the land purchase price alone. The annual rate is 3M PRIBOR + 4 percentage points for 12 months, 3M PRIBOR + 5.5 percentage points for 24, 36 and 48 months, and 3M PRIBOR + 7 percentage points for 60 months.
The future purchase price comprises the land purchase price, the one-off 7% administration fee, agreed charges and appreciation for the holding period. Annual advances of 10% of the land purchase price, excluding administration fees and charges, are partial payments of the future purchase price. Advances already paid are deducted at final settlement.
APF AGRICULTURAL INVESTMENT LTD. provides the services. APF Malta Real Estate Limited agrees to future repurchase under a separate agreement to enter into a future purchase agreement. Appreciation is a contractual component of the future price, not a statement of the land’s market value. Completion of repurchase also depends on the prospective purchaser’s ability to meet its obligations.
