VERDT is a digital instrument issued by LTD. Holding the standard token does not by itself provide equity in a company or an automatic entitlement to returns or redemption. Any additional rights under the medium and large programmes arise from separate contracts. The public presentation of these programmes will follow completed documentation and a verified offering status.
