An investor in SICAV acquires fund investment shares. The investment outcome depends on the portfolio’s value and results after costs. Buying VERDT is not a subscription for fund shares.
Strategy update
The intended integration of VERDT and financing of APF Malta requires alignment with the memorandum, relevant decisions and documentation updates. The proposed fund structure update is planned for the first half of 2027.
