I cannot see my tokens.
A missing wallet balance does not necessarily mean the transfer failed. Follow these steps.
Check delivery
Check delivery status and the TX hash in My order. A demo order does not transfer real tokens.
Check the transaction
Open the TX hash on BscScan. Check success, the recipient and the VERDT transfer amount. A pending or failed transfer is not completed.
Select the correct network
Select BNB Smart Chain Mainnet, chain ID 56, and the same receiving address as in your order.
Add VERDT to your wallet view
If the transfer matches, choose Add token or Import token. Paste the contract below and check VERDT and decimals against the contract. Menu labels vary by wallet.

The token contract identifies the token. It is not your wallet’s receiving address. Adding the token to your wallet view does not make another transfer.
