APF Coin (APFC) is a speculative token on Ethereum intended for trading on crypto-asset markets. Its original issuer, APF DIGITAL AGRIFUND CR s.r.o. (DIGITAL), is in reorganisation. APF AGRICULTURAL INVESTMENT LTD. (LTD) is preparing trading support and further operating arrangements in its own name and for its own account.
Resumption of trading on CEXs
The target is to resume APFC trading on two selected centralised cryptocurrency exchanges (CEXs) within six months of 22 October 2026, by 22 April 2027. APF AGRICULTURAL INVESTMENT LTD coordinates the preparations and related operating arrangements. We will announce the exchanges, trading pairs and dates once confirmed.
Purpose of restoring trading
The aim of restoring APFC trading on CEXs is to build on the token’s previous results, particularly growth in market price, trading volume and market capitalisation. This is a business objective, not a guarantee of future performance.

History and original purpose
The white paper bearing the notification date 30 July 2025 records an initial offer of 250 million APFC in July 2023. The project historically sought to finance agricultural land and related projects. Historical activities do not establish LTD’s current assets or guarantee outcomes.
Role in the proposed structure
The DIGITAL–LTD agreement dated 17 October 2026 defines project coordination and limited representation. It does not automatically transfer assets, liabilities or the original issuer’s status. LTD is intended to enter into new exchange and operating arrangements. This page does not confirm their execution, financing or acceptance by exchanges.
APFC and VERDT are recorded separately. APFC’s integration into the VERDANT EUROPE financial model is being prepared. Token ownership alone does not confer ownership of land, SICAV shares or an automatic entitlement to a share of NAV. Any additional rights must follow from specific effective documentation.
Risks and holder rights
APFC may lose its entire value, may be illiquid and may be subject to transfer restrictions. Restoring a market guarantees neither a price nor an original contractual repurchase. Claims under future-sale agreements and other contracts require individual assessment. Website information does not replace the court publications on reorganisation or suspend procedural deadlines.
