VERDANTLand
Direct ownership of specified agricultural plots in the Czech Republic, with a separate agreement for a future land repurchase. The relevant contracts set out the land purchase and future repurchase terms.
VERDANT Duo 80/20
A combination of 80% land purchase prices and 20% APFC, before fees and expenses. The land and APFC components have separate contracts, payments and obligations. Their common start follows the legal-effect date of the approved registration of the client’s land ownership.
APFC
Purchases of existing APF Coin tokens from APF AGRICULTURAL INVESTMENT LTD. under an individual purchase agreement. Any contractual repurchase right and its conditions arise under the specific agreement.
APFC 00086
A separate project-specific offer with its own purchase agreement, individual deadlines and token delivery and holding conditions. Project terms are distinct from standard APFC purchases and Duo.
How to take part
Open the form on your chosen product page, register or sign in, and provide the requested details. Before concluding a transaction, the required client checks take place and you receive the individual contractual terms, documents and payment instructions. Submitting a request does not itself conclude an agreement.
VERDT follows a separate timetable. Sales are planned from 1 January 2027 and are outside this pilot launch.
Different products and their risks
Holding APFC does not confer land ownership. Its market value may fall to zero, liquidity may be unavailable and the buyer may lose the entire purchase price. Contractual repurchase depends on the relevant counterparty’s ability to meet its obligations. APFC’s original issuer, APF DIGITAL AGRIFUND CR s.r.o., is undergoing reorganisation. LTD sells tokens under its own purchase agreements. Review the documentation and risks of the specific product before deciding.
