VERDANTLand 80 %
Acquire identified plots directly in your name. The fee is 7% of the land price. APF Malta confirms the particular future repurchase terms in writing before reservation. The future purchase agreement is signed after you acquire ownership.
APFC 20 %
Pay the APFC purchase price to LTD by bank transfer under a separate agreement. The repurchase price increases by 13.5% per year, calculated simply on the original purchase price. Annual 13.5% advances are deducted from the final price.
Both terms and anniversaries start on the date of legal effects of the approved registration of your land ownership. Each product can also be discussed independently.
Land and APFC have different market risks, but repurchase obligations depend on the connected LTD–APF Malta group. Two agreements do not guarantee independent financial backing. APFC can lose its entire value. Land ownership does not guarantee payment of repurchase.
