APF DIGITAL AGRIFUND CR s.r.o. notified the Czech National Bank of the white paper for the crypto-asset APF Coin (APFC) and was simultaneously registered with ESMA.

We would like to inform you that VERDANT EUROPE group has started compensating clients for the discontinued Platon Coin programme and has also renewed the Long Term Investment in Agricultural Land (DIZP) programme with an annual return of 9% and a buyback guarantee. In addition, we are expanding our activities to include short-term land deals with a resale yield and a lien option in favour of the investor. At the same time, we are taking over the land of APF VENTURE CAPITAL CR s.r.o., which is entering into reorganization. VERDANT EUROPE Group has already completed over 2,000 transactions worth over CZK 1.6 billion (~EUR 65 million).

The fund is planned to start its investment activity from 1 July 2024. The fund will operate under the private brand VERDANT EUROPE. The financial resources raised through the fund will be directed primarily to the Czech Republic to support Czech agriculture and the purchase of agricultural land. The minimum investment amount is EUR 100,000. The fund is harmonised according to the European AIFMD. We will keep you informed about further developments of the project.
