VERDANT EUROPE launches compensation and renews investment in land

Dear clients,

We recently informed you about the start of compensation for clients for the terminated Platon Coin program. The first thirty contracts have already been drawn up, and we are sending out further offers based on your requests. Compensation is being provided by the VERDANT EUROPE group.

We would also like to inform you about the resumption of the real investment program in agricultural land in the form of direct purchase of agricultural land into the client's ownership.

This is a Long-Term Investment in Agricultural Land (DIZP) product with a maturity of 60 months with an agreed repurchase and appreciation of 9% p.a.

The repurchase of the land will be carried out by our fund of qualified and professional investors, and the land will be used for our agricultural projects.

At the same time, in agreement with our clients, we will take over agricultural land from the portfolio of APF VENTURE CAPITAL CR s.r.o., which is undergoing reorganization.

As part of its long-term cooperation with sellers on the agricultural land market, the VERDANT EUROPE Group has acquired the opportunity to purchase limited areas of high-quality agricultural land in selected locations of interest in South Moravia. These plots will be used to support the implementation of our projects, which were launched in the middle of last year. The projects will continue to be implemented through our fund of qualified and professional investors. 

The group has expanded its investment activities to include short-term agricultural land transactions. These transactions will be carried out over a period of 12 months, and the profits generated from them will support the cash flow and long-term projects of the VERDANT EUROPE group. The settlement of contracts (final maturity) will be made from the proceeds of the subsequent sale of the land. The resulting proceeds from the sale will be divided proportionally between the client and the VERDANT EUROPE group company that will trade the land, based on an agreement.

Under both land purchase options, we offer clients the opportunity to participate in the purchase of specific land secured by a lien. The specific terms and conditions of these products will be sent to clients upon request. Purchase prices will be paid upon presentation of the agreed purchase contract for specific land. The lien on the purchased land will also be negotiated in favor of the client for short-term transactions of up to 12 months.

Based on our long-term experience in trading agricultural land, we believe that we can offer clients interesting investment opportunities with a high degree of security. To date, we have completed more than 2,000 transactions with a total value exceeding CZK 1.6 billion (~EUR 65 million).
