Regulation 2023/1114 on Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA)

We would like to inform you that on August 8, 2025, APF DIGITAL AGRIFUND CR s.r.o. notified the Czech National Bank, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of a white paper for a crypto-asset other than asset-referenced tokens or electronic money tokens (White papers for crypto-assets other than ART and EMT). At the same time, the company was entered into the relevant register with the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA).

The APF Coin (APFC) token is currently part of the investment scheme of the regulated fund for qualified and professional investors, APF GROUP EUROPE SICAV P.L.C., based on the Offering Memorandum issued on November 18, 2024.
