Real Investments in Agricultural Land (Real Products)

Dear Clients,

We would like to inform you about the program of real investments in agricultural land through the direct purchase of agricultural land into the client’s ownership. More information can be found in the section Products/Real Products.

These are real products Short-Term Investment in Agricultural Land (IZP) with a maturity of 12 months and Long-Term Investment in Agricultural Land (DIZP) with a maturity of 60 months. In both cases, a potential buy-back of the land is agreed and an appreciation of 9% p.a. Throughout the entire investment period, the client is the owner of the land registered in the Land Register.

The buy-back of the land will be carried out by a company linked to our fund of qualified and professional investors, and the purchased land will be appreciated in our agricultural projects.

Based on our long-term experience in trading agricultural land, we believe that we can offer clients attractive investment opportunities with a high level of security. So far, we have completed more than 2,000 transactions with a total value exceeding CZK 1.6 billion (~EUR 65 million).

At the same time, we are preparing to launch the sale of investment shares of the fund of qualified and professional investors APF GROUP EUROPE SICAV P.L.C. You will be informed about the launch of the sale of investment shares of the regulated FKI.
