Launch of APF GROUP EUROPE SICAV P.L.C. fund

Dear clients,

We would like to inform you that the APF GROUP EUROPE SICAV P.L.C. fund for qualified and professional investors will commence operations by the end of March 2026.

The fund will operate under the private brand VERDANT EUROPE. The fund's investments will be directed towards financing agricultural assets (agricultural projects, the purchase of agricultural land for the implementation of projects, and the purchase of shares in agricultural companies). Part of the fund's investment scheme is the support of the APF Coin (APFC) token in the form of long-term holding of the token in the fund's assets.

We have currently suspended the APFC token from cryptocurrency exchanges until the fund begins operations.
