On 21 October 2026, the Regional Court in Brno held DIGITAL’s review hearing and creditors’ meeting. Approximately 84.8% of the votes present and entitled to vote supported reorganisation. The court will decide on permission to reorganise in a separate order. A specific reorganisation plan has not yet been approved.
DIGITAL is also beginning its transformation into a real estate company focused on agricultural land trading and land portfolio management. The next steps are asset valuation and completion of the reorganisation plan, including funding sources and the schedule of creditor payments.
LTD is preparing APFC distribution with a target date of 1 November 2026 and aims to resume CEX trading within six months. These dates depend on the progress of reorganisation and fulfilment of legal, contractual and operational conditions. Creditors will receive further updates as developments occur.
